Wastewater Operator
The Clear Lake Sanitary District is accepting applications for a Wastewater Operator. A Grade I Wastewater Operator License will be required within 12 months of hire. The desire to obtain additional grades is preferred. Will also need to possess or obtain a Class B CDL license with a Tanker endorsement within three months of employment. Duties include maintenance work on pumps, motors, valves, blowers, lift stations and related equipment as assigned. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance is required. Wastewater experience is preferred. Training in plant operations/maintenance and lab testing will be provided. The Clear Lake Sanitary District offers a competitive pay depending upon qualifications and an excellent benefits package including IPERS retirement.
